I was highly impressed. My wife and I inquired about a specific vehicle. We knew there would be challenges but they asked us to come in. We went. We were given options that were not going to work for us—ready to walk out the door. Fast forward 10 minutes..Natalie and CJ asked all the questions and we put a plan in place to make sure we got what was NEEDED and WANTED. Less than 24 hours later they had us approved and driving off the lot in the original vehicle we inquired about! WOWWW! They never made it about them, it was always about us and how they could help make it work. Thank you CJ and Natalie for all your hard work!
