Who Can Enter

  • Legal Ohio residents, 18 or older
  • Legally able to own and operate a vehicle
  • Must sign publicity release forms
  • Bexley Motorcar Company employees, officers, directors, owners, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible

How to Enter

  • Complete the official entry form at Bexleymotorcar.com
  • One entry per person
  • Buying, financing, applying for credit, visiting, referring, or booking service does not improve your odds
  • Incomplete, duplicate, late, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified

The Prize

One (1) vehicle: 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LT

Approximate Retail Value: $6,950

  • Awarded AS-IS, subject to any applicable warranty
  • Non-transferable; no cash or vehicle exchange
  • Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed

Drawing & Odds

  • One winner chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries
  • Drawing on November 27, 2026 at 2pm
  • Participants do not need to be present for the drawing
  • Broadcast LIVE on our Facebook page
  • Odds depend on the number of eligible entries; every entry has an equal chance

Winner Notification

  • Contacted by the phone, email, or mailing address on the entry form
  • May need to claim the prize within 24 hours of first contact
  • Must verify identity, age, residency, and eligibility, and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and tax forms (e.g., IRS W-9)
  • If unreachable or ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn

Taxes & Costs

  • Winner is responsible for permanent license plates; prize value may be reported to the IRS
  • Title, registration, sales tax, and fees: Paid for by Sponsor
  • Winner is responsible for insurance, maintenance, fuel, and operating costs after delivery
  • No purchase of any vehicle, product, or service is required to receive the prize

Winner Announcement

  • With consent given on the entry form, the winner's name may be announced on our website, social media, or live on Facebook
  • Winner may be invited to take part in photos or video
  • No one is announced until selected and verified as eligible

Fine Print

Release & Liability: Entrants release Bexley Motorcar Company and its partners from claims related to participation or the prize, as permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or late entries, technical failures, errors, or circumstances beyond its control.

Disqualification & Changes: Sponsor may disqualify anyone who provides false information, enters more than allowed, uses automated methods, or tampers with the giveaway. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the giveaway if its integrity is affected, and may award the prize from entries received before termination.

Privacy: Entry information is used to administer the giveaway, contact entrants, verify eligibility, award the prize, and meet legal requirements.

Facebook/Meta: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participation through social media is subject to that platform's rules.
